Project Description

Map Your Viral System

Getting the Most Out of This Class

  1. Read this

First of all, welcome to the wonderful world of online education! This is new for almost all of us, so just follow these instructions and everything will work out just fine.

    Complete these in this order:

    1. Read through my slide deck (you do not need to understand it)

    2. Watch all lessons videos

    3. Join a study Group - very helpful to compare notes and speak with other students

    4. Create your viral map - go to the Student Projects section and view my example, then create your own -- this is the center piece of the class and will be the most valuable thing you take away from this class --- again, if you don't have a current product, please use skillshare.com as an example product, as EVERYONE needs to create a viral map

    5. Any questions please use the marked discussions - and please feel free to start relevant discussions of your own!

This is a new and very cool format of teaching. Please embrace it and we'll all learn from each other along the way!

For the first 4 parts of your viral map, you'll need to be answer them for your personal project or Skillshare. Please answer succinctly AND thoroughly. Quality will trump quantity in terms of results.

Once you revise those parts and expand your maps to include parts 5 and 6, that will complete your viral loops. You will then discuss your maps with fellow students and then pledge to go out and put these viral maps into real world action!

  2. Share at least parts 1 though 4 of your viral map.

Share your progress in your project section to get feedback from other students

Finish Your Viral Map

  1. Make sure that map parts (1 through 6) are completed and revised.
