About This Class

Slumping fused glass pieces can turn your single dimension works into useful objects that you will be proud to display in your home, or sell easily in studios, galleries or markets. From the very functional, to the very decorative, slumping glass adds three dimensions to your work, making it interesting from any angle.

This course takes you step by step through creating a small dish, cutting it out, firing the piece to Full Fuse, then firing again at slumping temperature, finally producing the finished piece. There is more than one example, so you can easily see how it is done. You don't need any fancy tools, and cutting out shapes other than squares and rectangles is really as simple as tracing a line - only you use your cutting blade, and not a pen.

You will be able to watch the entire process in videos showing step by step activities. If you love the process, please leave a positive some positive feedback for the course.

I've been seen in Felixstowe, Suffolk in the UK. Sometimes in Australia. Shanghai was nice too and very exciting. A litt...
