Art / Words / Books

This was an interesting class with a simple concept, certainly not what I imagined from the title, but Sharon's easy-going approach to teaching always gets results. Instead of listing rules for choosing a color palette, Sharon explores where to find inspiration and how to get your paint box to mimic those colors. I would have loved a third lesson with more on applying the palette you create in class, though she does touch on that at the end with a personal example.

This was a fun class that made color matching from a reference very approachable.
This class offered a nice way to work with color intuitively and build a palette based on an environment.
I loved this course, Ria is an excellent teacher.
