Hey everyone! We're going to learn how to fry proper Irish pub chips. These aren't your typical McDonald's flimsy french fries. These are thick, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside chips.

This recipe is from a family friend who's straight off the boat (plane) from Duplin, Ireland. This is as simple and traditional as you can get: potatoes and oil fried to perfection.

If this is your first time frying something, don't fret because we go through the basics. This class is intended for beginners and it's extraordinarily easy to get through.
