About This Class


Making fresh tortillas from scratch is something everyone should try.  In this class, you will learn to use basic ingredients to make two kinds of fresh tortillas.   FIrst, we'll mix together the dough for flour tortillas.  Then we'll knead it, roll out tortillas, and cook them in a hot skillet.  In the next part of the class, you will learn how to make corn tortillas from cornmeal and rice flour.

By the end of this class, you will be able to impress your friends and family with warm homemade tortillas that no one can resist!
