Hands-on Class Project
Assignment 1: List of Hard Words – Memory Hack
- Print that assignment. (attached file called : French first assignment : List of Hard words")
- Look at the video lesson called "First assignment: Memory Hack"
- Choose a French book or a newspaper article from internet.
- Make a list of 15 unknown and/or difficult words of that page/article.
- Build your own simple sentence including that unknown and/or difficult word. All the words you use in that sentence should be easy (you already know them well) except the new unknown and/or difficult word.
- Read out loud your sentences twice, record yourself with your phone, listen to that audio recording and try to improve your pronunciation.
- Don't forget I am here to help so don't be shy and ask me, I will be pleased to help you.
Assignment 2: Pdf Flashcard
- Download and print the pdf called "Flashcard 1"
- Take some notes about the words during the lesson listening.
- Build your own sentences with each word of the list.
Assignment 3: Audio Version - Mp3 Podcast
- Download the file called " Podcast Bora-Bora"
- Listen as much as possible to the audio version of the course, on the go, when you are in your car, in the public transports, when you are eating alone or before sleeping.
- Try to pause and repeat all the sentences twice in order to improve your conversation and pronunciation skills.
