About This Class

Do you have time to stay stuck- financially, in your career or relationships, with your health, with your joy?

This is a vision board class for people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired, who are ready to clear the field of the eneregtic hangnails, and play really friggin BIG! By the end of this class you WILL experience transformation.

I learned about vision boards from the movie The Secret in 2006. I thought it was silly, but at that time was pretty desperate for change... so I made one. When I looked back a year later at the 12 impossible things I had said I wanted to do over the next year (that I'd based my vision board on) I realized I done 9 of them! I'm not kidding when I said "impossible". There was no reason whatsoever I should or could have accomplished those things- like buying a house, traveling the world, and starting grad school.

Thinking it was a fluke, I tried again, this time with a little more intention and focus. Again, over 80% success rate one year later. So I started honing in on the process to see how I could get that success rate even higher. I did. Consecutively each year thereafter.

This class is a culmination of the best hacks I have to setting and meeting intentions that are soul-aligned. You're not just making a vision board. You can youtube how to do that! This is about clearing the energy, getting courageously honest enough with yourself to give yourself permission to dream big AND create a plan to make it happen. In the process, you get a vision board to focus on throughout the year as a reminder of your dream. It will serve as a guidepost in ways you can't even imagine.

Join me and let's make this next year outrageously incredible! It's simple and fun.

1. Video 1 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention. Creative Vision Board. Hello, I am Wendy Reiss. That's me there on the right, I am a 500 our registered yoga teacher. 200 our e R. Wide team meeting. I get to teach the teachers on author, coach and host of the Holbein Zone. I started using vision boards reluctantly in 2006. I learned about them from the movie The Secret, and they seemed a little bit silly. But at that time in my life, it was so desperate for change. I was willing to do anything. When I look back on New Year's Eve of the following year and reflected on those original intentions in that board, I had set 12 major goals For myself. These things seemed absolutely impossible, and yet I had achieved nine of them. So I thought, Well, maybe it's a fluke. Let me try it again. Same results the next year. So the following year I started to pay more attention to the my process, start paying more attention to my intentions, and started really working each year there after on a process that would allow me to dig in past my blocks past the obstacles to get that other 20% available to me, I wasn't just reaching 80% my goals, but I was reaching anywhere from 95% to 100% of what I was putting on my board. That's what this class is going to do for you. I'm passionate about alignment and wholeness, and I want to help you dig in and figure out what are your jewels and how to really live the life that you want to live. This is so much more than just manifestation. This is really a process of aligning with your soul, your heart and your mind. Here's what you can expect. Step one we have to explore. You're gonna have to dig in. You're gonna have to go into some places you may not want to. Now you can skip this step certainly and just go on and create a vision board and you'll do pretty well. You probably get 80% maybe a little higher. But here's what I promise you. If you are willing to get really honest with yourself and to do the exploration, you're gonna have a much higher success rate and what actually goes on to that board is probably going to be way more than what you can ever possibly imagine at this moment. Step three, we're gonna pull it all together so we will create a plan and then we will create a vision board. From there, you get to share it on the project page A k a. The whole world. Because what I have found is that when I share my board with the world, it's almost like an accountability step for me that once I've put it out there, it's hard to take it back, and I I'm a little bit more responsible and accountable to taking the steps that I need to take. I also put my board where I can see it. In fact, it is right in front of my desk, and I'm looking at it as I speak. Here's what you're going to need. Definitely an open mind and heart. You're gonna need a little bit of time. These questions of videos air very short, but if you're being really honest with yourself, it takes a little bit of time to do this exploration. So try to sit a little bit of time aside, probably half an hour to an hour per video. If you're being really honest with the process, you need to download and print out the worksheets and you'll need a journal or some app to journal those in. You can certainly use the worksheets as well. You'll need magazines that represent your taste, a poster board, whatever size you want. Glue an optional. You'll need markers, colored pencils, crayons, glitter picture frame to fit the board. I have a very large vision board, and it's framed. The frame is the original frame I've been using all these years, and it's getting a little bit rough, so I think the frame will probably need to be replaced very soon. You don't have to frame it. A friend of mine, Andy framed Hiss in such a beautiful frame that he actually put it up in his living room as a piece of art. You'll also want an awesome playlist. Keep you motivated beverage and you'll want somebody to share your vision board with. Certainly you'll have this group, but it's also fun to share it with somebody that is there to support, to encourage you motivate you call you out when you're not living up to that Vision Board. And before we get started, I just wanted to read you this quote, and now we welcome the New Year full of things that have never been. I think these vision boards really are at least a year. There are things that sometimes stay on my vision board for a couple of years because they are really big, and they do take time to come to fruition. But overall, I tried to do this process once a year, usually in December, and it is just something to keep me focused for that year. So rather, you're doing this at the beginning of the year, the middle of the year, end of the year. It doesn't matter. Just set the intention that your board will be for about a year, or you could do it till the end of the year and then start one for following year. But just remember, this is representing things that have never been. You can do this. Let's get started 2. Video 2 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board, video to introduction, Preparing for the journey. Think big start small Actonel. Some of the best advice that I have ever received because to do we're about to do we have to be willing to imagine, Pal Aquellos says. When you want something with all your heart, the universe conspires to make it happen. Perhaps it's the universe. Perhaps it's just their subconscious mind that's driving our beliefs and our thoughts and our actions, whatever we truly want, we will get. And that's why we have to be willing to go into the areas that form our beliefs and our thoughts so that we can align our hearts with our heads to move forward more purposefully. So we will be focusing on six areas. Lifestyle and money, which also includes career relationships. This is both romantic family and friends, community, wellness, image and spirit. Are you ready to get started? Let's go 3. Video 3 vision : focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board video three. Intention Journey. Courageous honesty. Part one. Let's face it, some of us have broken wings. It doesn't mean we can't still fly. It's time to explore, so make sure you have your worksheet or something to journal with. Here are your questions. What part of you do you keep? Hidden or scared? People would judge you over if they really knew that. What is your worst habit? Come on, now. Be really honest with yourself. This is the kind of habit that keeps you limited. Keeps you in a place that is less than your greatest good. What brings you down? What? Zapping your energy. What is holding you back? What are those crazy limitations that keep you from experiencing joy each and every day? What story do you keep telling that limits your growth? This is a story that you tell yourself. It's a story that you tell others and looking at all of those answers. Imagine yourself 20 years from now. What advice would that version of you give this version right now of you? Meaning? Looking back in 20 years if you wish that you could told, tell yourself from this place that you're in right now. What you've learned, what you would do different what you would let go of what you would embrace. That's the advice I'm talking about. Burn A. Brown says vulnerability is the birthplace of connection and the path to feeling of worthiness. If it doesn't feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive. So, yeah, this stuff is a little bit tough. It's gonna take you a little bit of time, I promise you. And I never make promises I can't keep. This is worth it. You're going to start rediscovering the greatest version of you, and you're going to see that come to life if you're willing to do the work. So what are you waiting for? Get started. 4. Video 4 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board Video four Intention Journey, Courageous honesty, Part two. They seem fear to play big, bigger biggest. This is about going into those places that most of us don't really like to go into to explore. Yet when we do, we often find what's really inside of there, and that's where the transformation begins. Get your worksheet and journal ready. What is your heart and soul longing for? But your head keeps dismissing What gets you turned on and fired up? What makes you lose track of time? What is it that, if you have permission to do, would change everything? Now? I realize you don't need permission to do anything, but sometimes there's a part of us that holds back because we're afraid of the ramifications. And that's what I'm talking about. What have you gave yourself permission to not worry about the ramifications or consequences and move forward with what is in your heart? What is something you've been thinking about doing? But it really scares you. That is not the exploration that awaits you, not mapping stars and studying nebula, but charting the unknown possibilities of existence from Leonard Nimoy. So it's time to start charting those unknown possibilities by digging in and being courageously honest. See you in the next video. 5. Video 5 vision : focus, clarity, intention, Creative Vision board, video five intention journey the basics. Thoughts become things In yoga, there is a term called impsa means Nonviolence and thought, words and deeds. And I think this is pretty much the basis of where we're going today because we're going to be looking at the things that are at the foundation of your thoughts and why you do what you do. So get to work. She dug its journal. Let's get ready. What do you value of the people that you respect the most? Even those you've never met? What attributes or qualities of theirs do you admire the most? What qualities and others do you dislike the most? These ey're those things that when you see it happening, you're just like, Oh, I just hate that. Why does that have to be like that? Why do they have to be like that? What did you want to do or be when you were a child that you may not be or do now And what is the one truth of yours that you have not acted upon yet? It could be anything, but what's that one big thing that you wish you would have done or you wish you could dio the outer conditions of a person's life will always be found to reflect their inner beliefs from James Laine Allen. So it's time to explore your inner believes so that we can change the outer conditions of your life. Muskets started seeing the next video. 6. Video 6 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board Video six Intention. Journey Sensing, sensuality. Our senses give our life meaning It's time for us to explore the senses. Thes five senses are part a deep, deep part of the human experience. And yet for whatever reason, and there are many, many good reasons why we cut off our senses, and when we shut that part of ourselves down, we close off and limit our potential. So we want to start to open the senses back up and explore. It's time to get to work sheet, and your journal ready is so that we can do these questions. Choose one. It doesn't matter which one. There's no right or wrong. Just notice how your body feels. Is it more contracted, or is it expansive when you hear the word bliss, joy or happiness? Now, thinking about the word that you chose, how would it look? Smell, taste, sound feel. What is your favorite site? Smell, taste, sound and feel. For example, my favorite site is to see the ocean. My favorite smell. ISS Sandalwood. My favorite taste is a perfectly charry did red wine. The sound is the sound of the ocean. The waves coming up onto the shore, and the feel is the feeling that I have while I'm standing at the ocean. So if I can imagine drinking a glass of this wine while standing, looking out of the waves, hearing them coming upon the shore, smelling the scent of sandalwood and feeling the expansiveness of being on the ocean all the same time. If you were to spend one minute. So you're gonna need a timer for this, imagining everything that you answered happening at the same time, just as I described. Be with it for one minute and then describe how you feel and or their three words that adequately capture that feeling. What kind of relationship do you have with pleasure? Isn't an open and honest one? Or is it one that carries shame and guilt? And if it is in the latter category, why is that? What examples did you receive growing up that pleasure is not okay. And what would it take to heal that relationship? And finally, what is one word that describes how you want your life to be in the next year? It's Ton to get exploring. Edgar Allan Poe's said that pleasure which is at once the most pure, the most elevating and the most intense is derived, I maintain, from the contemplation of the beautiful. We are all about creating a beautiful life for you, my friend said, Get started and I'll see you in the next video. 7. Video 7 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention. Creative Vision Board Video seven. Intention. Journey. Congruence a line. As long as your heart and head aren't aligned, you'll struggle. It's time to explore. Get your worksheet in journal ready and finish the following sentences with people I am. How do you act when you're with people? Is it different with different people or different groups? Why or why not? And how do you act around them by myself? I am. How do you act when you're all alone? I get lost in what are the things that you get lost in? Maybe it's a good book or a movie. Maybe it's some form of exercise or crafts. It could be anything listed. All. How I really want to feel moving forward in your optimal life is, Brian, Tracy says. Just is your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and further. When the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals and values are in balance. So let's get you in alignment and I'll see you on the next video 8. Video 8 vision : Focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board, video eight Intention Journey the six areas specificity The more specific you can be, the happier you'll be often times we have a generic idea of what we want. But it's not until we get really specific with it that we can start seeing momentum happen . It's time to explore, get your journal and work. She ready? When you think of how you want to show up and engage in community, what do you imagine? And this is not just the community immediately around you. It's the tribe of your friends, your peers, the community you live in, the state, the nation, the world. When you think of U plus money, career and lifestyle in your most ideal form, what do you imagine when you think of the qualities and quantity of your relationships in their optimal form, what do you imagine when you think of wellness in your life, what do you imagine when you think of how people see you, how you would be remembered and how you see yourself moving forward? What do you imagine when you think of your highest self end or your relationship to spirit , the Divine God whatever you call it. As you move forward from this point, what do you imagine? Tony Robbins said It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped. Get really specific in this exercise and know that you are shaping your destiny, See on the next video. 9. Video 9 vision : focus, clarity, Intention. Create a vision board video eight, Intention journey Bringing it together. Reframing the story. Time to take the old and bring it into a new paradigm. Gets journal on worksheet Ready and ask yourself the following questions. If my life were exactly how I wanted it, what would change? Would I be different than I am now? If so, how? What stops that change from happening Now, what would I do differently? Can I do that now? What would be in my life and what role would they play? We're with my epic story Play out. Why do I want this? This last question is very important. So I want to encourage you to go check out a Ted talk by Simon. See, Neck s I N E k on the Why, Before you go any further, figure out why you want this life that you want. Then right out your story, right it out as if it's already happening or it has happened. This is that ideal life that you're dreaming about, that you're creating intentions. For if everything was exactly the way you wanted it, what would that look like? Feel like taste like smell like be like write it all out, Stephen Cubby said. If you want small changes in your life, work on your attitude. But if you want big and primary changes, work on your paradigm. Time to get reframing, see on the next video where we are going to start our boards. 10. Video 10 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention, Creative Vision Board Video. 10 Project Time Setting up Here's what you need your story. Magazines, scissors, board, glue anything else that might make this vision board fund for you. Take your story and go find images or words and magazines that represent your story and how your story makes you feel. Organize your images. There's lots and lots of ways that you can do this. You can make it as creative and artistic as your heart's desire. Or you could use a little bit more of the Fung Shui method. That's what I've been doing for the last couple of years, and it looks kind of like this. Money, career and lifestyle will go in the upper left hand corner. Your image, how you want to be seen will go in the upper right hand corner. Wellness goes in the center. On the left side, love and relationships go on the center on the right side, spirit goes in the bottom left and community goes in the bottom right. You don't have to use this. It's just one more little way that you can adjust the energy to it. And then what I do is I always put my word in the center of the board. Put it together. You're gonna take your images and start to put them on the board in a way that feels authentic and organic to you or using the Fung Shui method that I just listed. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Just follow your heart. You have permission to listen to it. This is what my vision board looks like and you can see there's a lot of words, a lot more words than images, and I can tell you that there's a lot more images than there used to be for me. I am a wordsmith. I love words. I love the energy around the word. So my boards always have a lot of words on him. Yours can look, however it looks for you. Seth Godin says. I think the most productive thing to do during times of changes to be your best self, not the best version of somebody else. So don't worry about what my vision board looks like versus yours. Make it your own. Make it something that feels good to you that when you look at it, you feel motivated inspired uplifted, because that's how I feel when I look at mine. It's also a gentle reminder of these or the guide post for how I'm living my life on a day to day basis. If I'm not feeling at my best and I look at this board and I say, Am I in alignment? My actions? Are they in alignment with what I want to feel that's on this board? And if they're not, how can I shift right now? So get started making your board and I'll see you in the next video. 11. Video 11 vision: Focus. Clarity, intention Creative Vision Board Video 11. Wrap up. Take it public. It is time to post your project. It's time to share your creation. Put it out into the world and let the universe know that you were serious about this. Next steps Petra Vision Board Somewhere you can see it regularly post your intentions where you can see them regularly. Tell a friend or someone who supports your dreams.
