Project Description

Re-create these quick 5 cooking techniques at home to master fundamentals of Indian cooking.

ASSIGNMENTS that ANYONE can do!

  1. Create the given technique shown in each of the 5 videos using whatever appliance/tool/gadget/pot/pan you have.  Certain recipes mentioned can be found either on the videos themselves OR attached below OR on my website at www.shefskitchen.com
  2. Shoot a photograph of the final product (and the process if you wish). Please attach in the project gallery up to 3 photos of your results.
  3. Describe what appliance you used and if you made ANY changes to the recipe at all (this helps me troubleshoot your final product if needed).
