Project Description

Do you know what the number one secret to successful management is? Document everything

One of the most important things a manager does is document things. This sounds really dull and tedious, and to an extent, it is, but it’s also very important… you never know which bits are going to be important until after you need them. And this can be days, weeks or even months after the event… uh oh! You didn’t create the documentation at the time…

The best method I’ve found is bullet journaling. It’s quick, easy, flexible, and best of all, once you install the habit, it’s reliable too. I’ll teach you some basic templates I use, and a couple of others that might work for you, but I also encourage you to make some of your own and share them with the group!
