About This Class

The best way to make the pentatonic scales a living musical resource is to count them out methodically at the keyboard. This, and especially working through the black-key scales, teaches you their characteristic intervals and how to find them on the keyboard quickly and reliably.

The pentatonic major scales are presented first, then the major and relative minor pairs, then major and minor pentatonic scales on the same root.
