I learned this exercise in Seth Godin’s altMBA program. It’s a quick, easy, and effective way to get out of your head and focus on others that cultivates generosity and gratitude.

This simple exercise should be done three times a day. Do it every day for a month and it will become a daily practice you don’t think about, but just do.

You will be amazed at how this exercise nourishes both the person you are praising and yourself!

Good reminder to be and do good
Totally recommended! Scott nailed a basic and simple action but for some reason very forgotten! You get used to the blessing of life and forget to give thanks. I agree that if you have a thakful heart, your life and vison is totally different. Thank you Scott for reminding me about this and good exercise, to make it a habit.
