About This Class

Are you bullied at work? Are you sad or in fear from the bully at work? Do you feel alone or stuck?

This class will explain why you may be a Target of the bully at work, as well as help you gain an understanding of bullying tactics. With this knowledge, you will then learn tips and techniques to Courageously SmartWork!  

The content of this class is largely based on the research of Drs. Ruth and Gary Namie who are the founders of Workplace Bullying Institute.
