For my new culinary class, I've chosen something that came to us from ancient times and it's still present in many contemporary cultures: we'll prepare fermented cabbage together!

Not only it's a perfect way of preserving this vegetable but it's simply tasty and really healthy. It's full of vitamins and minerals!

Also in my next class I'll show you how to make a delicious vegetable salad using the fermented cabbage. Russians call it "Vinaigrette".
