Do you find yourself unable to get to sleep - tossing and turning, replaying events from the day? Does anxiety, tension, or pain keep you from getting the sleep you need? Does a busy mind wake you in the middle of the night?

Then this class is for you! A short 15-minute guided audio-only practice can carry you softly to sleep or help you when you wake in the night. No yoga experience necessary - only ears!

With practice over time, you can even find it resets your circadian rhythm and stops those restless nights.
