Project Description

f6a92620

The challenge is to make your own pair of espadrille sneakers. Using a classic espadrille sole, create a shoe that expresses your own style. Make your own outer fabric, or use a fabric you've been eyeing for a long time!

Attached are the patterns you will need for this class! Print them on 8.5x11 pieces of paper and cut them out. Tape Heel 1 and Heel 2 together at the seems.

To find an espadrille sole, check your local Hobby Lobby, Craft store or Etsy. I used the brand Dritz.

To change the size of your shoe, add on .5 for each size above a size 6 to the sides of each pattern. (example: size 9 - add 1.5 inches total)
