Project Description

Exercise for Module 1 - What is management Really (see attachment - Incident Debrief)

By filling in this incident De-Brief tool you will be shifting your management mind-set in the right direction to get the most out of this course. Feel free to use this tool in your workplace in order to learn from each incident that you're involved with and the hope is that you will be one of those few managers that will grow, learn and evolve into an "Enlightened Leader."

Exercise for module 6 - People Development (See attachment - Autonomy levels)

By applying the Autonomy Levels tool to the various processes and skill developments that are required in roles that you're managing, you will be able to give proper coaching to your people on various outcomes and skills that are required to achieve mastery in their careers. I've attached a summary sheet that you can use to know what you should be looking out for as your people go through the various autonomy levels.

A-4 = Beginners Luck

A-3 = Quitting Stage

A-2 = Coaching Initiative

A-1 = A new Challenge

Exercise for Module 8 - The Little Things (See attachment - Gratitude list & Accomplishment Tracker)

By filling in all the things both personally and professionally that you're grateful for,  you will accomplish three things.

Firstly, you will be amazed at all the things you've done and reminded of all the progress you've made in your life thus far.

Secondly, you will be able to see gaps in your skill development and make a note on how you plan to close those gaps.

Thirdly, and most importantly by regularly doing this exercise you will be able to activate the power of intention which is a combination of your mental and emotional energy to trigger larger and more meaningful events to start manifesting in your life and career. As Goethe says...

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too."

I sincerely hope you enjoyed my course on Enlightened Management and want you to feel free to ask any questions or contact me if you would like more information on my coaching and training initiatives.
