About This Class

Welcome to 7x7. 

It's for you if you are feeling anxious, or stressed, or struggle to focus. 

In other words, you struggle to be the real, sunny, smart, radiant you.

Well - you only need 7 minutes a day to do this course and it will teach you to find mindfulness in places where you definitely weren't looking for it.

So close your twenty tabs you have open at once and try some of these 5 minute neuroscience tricks that will bring you more calm, focus and clarity into your day - without even having to try.

In this course, you will:

  • Create your own path to release stress and anxiety,  relax, refocus and get smarter in the process
  • Enjoy a daily joy and peace of mind with short meditations (and yes, even get to treat yourself to chocolate)
