About This Class

English is now the most commonly used language in the world and yet most of us struggle to string together even a few sentences without making glaring mistakes. This causes us to lose confidence in our abilities, especially when we wish to express our thoughts in writing or verbally.

This course is an ideal fit if you’re a pre-intermediate learner or even if you’re an advanced English learner and wish to pursue writing.

No prior writing experience is required! We’ll start with elementary lessons and skills that will help you develop your writing skills

For this particular class, we shall work on mastering our understanding of Simple Present Tense.

It shall include the following -

  • What are the types of Tenses
  • How to Identify Simple Present Tense
  • Usage and Examples
  • Behaviour of Verbs in Simple Present Tense
  • Exercises to test your understanding.
  • A fun project to implement your learning.

What you need to do

  1. Study the lesson, and the examples.
  2. Attempt the exercises. Test your knowledge and understanding. Answers are provided at the end of the slide but no cheating!
  3. Check your answers, share the corrected sentences and guide your fellow students. Feel free to test each other too! This is a great way to learn and help each other along the way.
  4. Attempt the final project and submit. Read each other’s submissions, and share notes and feedback. Feel free to share what challenges you faced while attempting the exercises.
  5. Pat yourself on the back!

After you complete the lesson, use your learning to express and communicate better.
