Great baking class! Lea is such a lovely teacher! My scones have never been better :) I especially enjoyed the troubleshooting tips
Great class. Quick and easy which is just what I needed when I was craving something sweet mid afternoon :)
Very easy to follow and fun.I like the fact that Lea shows the equipment that is needed and explains about the ingredients. I also like the troubleshooting section, hopefully my scones won't fall into that category. The recipes are on her blog. I hope that she does a class on brownies, the ones on her blog look yummy! :)
Lea has an extensive baking experience, she is clear and easy to follow - worth checking out!
Quick. Simple. Straight forward and Cheap. Totally delicious!
