Dr. EL March has been practicing the art of EFT for many years on many clients with various issues. 

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the  needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem - whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc.

The combination of tapping the energy meridians and afirmative words works to clear the "short-circuit" from your body's bioenergy system, hence restoring your mind and body's balance, which is essential for optimal health and the healing of physical disease.

This technique has been used for clearing all kinds of pain, distress, fear, anxiety, weight issues, worry and much more.  This class demostrates the complete version of this form of therapy which can be done anywhere with great results. The trick is absolute honesty with yourself while performing the steps mentioned accurately. It is super easy and surprisingly effective.

1. Introduction to EFT: hello and welcome to my FT Class. F T stands for emotional freedom technique, and this is a universal healing to that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional and performance issues. This technique was introduced by Dr Gary Crack and has been used worldwide for many years with amazing success. If he operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues that are causing this even for physical issues, chronic pain or diagnosed conditions. It is common knowledge that any kind of our emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential off the human body. In many cases, FT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with FT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues. The FD premise also includes the understanding that the more are resolved emotional issues you can clear the more peace and emotional freedom you will have in your life if we're being realistic. Everyone on this planet has at least a few emotional issues, holding them back from pure, limitless happiness. With that in mind, if he can be an ongoing process that be used to clear out the old traumas and welcome any new challenges with a healthy, productive attitude. If these foundation comes from a common sense blend of acupuncture and mind body medicine, both of which have decades of scientific studies supporting them, that effectiveness has been so profound that prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Harvard or many other universities, clinics and hospitals have Children to use on or study them. It's that simple. I'm well aware of how strange this may sound and how difficult it can be to believe, at least at first. Anyhow, um, I wouldn't believe it myself if I hadn't seen so many marvels changes in people. After applying these techniques in this short course, I will provide you with ingredients and know how to perform some very powerful steps towards emotional freedom. Just like with any other two or a recipe, all the steps have to be performed as accurately as described and must be introduced in the proper order. Otherwise, there will be no results. The basic recipe is very easy and straightforward. Once you memorize it each round of it, I can be performed in about two minutes. It will take some practice, of course, but after a few tries, the whole process becomes familiar, and you can achieve the emotional freedom with Tremendous. He's the full basic recipe has four ingredients to which are the same. They are the set up the sequence, the nine gamma procedures on the sequence. In the next video, I will explain what these are and how you can start your simple tapping process. 2. The Set Up: Hello and welcome back in this video, we're going to be talking about the set up. This start up routine, which is used to set up your energy system, is vital to the whole process. In this step, we would need to remove any blockages which would interfere with the proper flow of energy . Suppose you have a little flashlight that works on batteries. You know that in order for this device to properly function, there's a certain way the batteries have to be placed in their housing. Should you put the positive of the battery where the negative is, or vice versa? The light would not work, So the polarity of our energy system is quite important. Most of the time, when you experience health or emotional problems, your batteries are not placed right, If I may say so. This polarity reversal has an official name. It is called psychological Reversal. It is the reason why some disease become chronic and respond very poorly to conventional treatments. It is also the reason why some people have such a difficult time reducing weight or given up addictions. Also, it is absolutely the very cause of self sabotage. Self defeating, negative thinking, which often happens subconsciously, is what causes psychological reversal, even more reasons why you need to remain aware throughout the day. Since it does not create any feelings within you, you may not even know it is present. Even the most positive people are subject to it. When it happens, it will stop any effort at healing, including a hefty debt on its tracks. So it has to be corrected if the rest of the basic recipe is going to work. Here is how the set up works. You repeat an information three times while you rub the tender spot, or, alternatively, tap the karate chop point. What is the affirmation, since the cause of psychological reversal is negative? Thinking it, of course, requires neutralizing to be reversed. Affirmations are an easy way to start. This. Here is how inappropriate affirmation starts, even though I have this fill the blank, I deeply and completely accept myself. The blank is filled with, um, a brief description of the problem you want to address. For example, even though I have this fear of public speaking or even though I have this headache, or even though I have this anger towards my father, or even though I have this war memory, or even though I have the stiffness in my neck, or even though I have this, these nightmares, or even though I have this craving for alcohol, you get the idea. These affirmations acknowledged the problem and create self acceptance in spite of the existence off the problem. No, here's an interesting part to these affirmations. One. It doesn't matter whether you believe the affirmation or not to, although it is better to say it with a feeling, saying it routinely will also work. Three. It is best to say an affirmation out loud, however, if you are in an area where you cannot than a mumble it silence. To add to efficiency of an affirmation. You also need to rub the tender spot or tap on the Carty chop, pointing simultaneously. So what is the tender spot? There are two tender spots, and it doesn't matter which one you use. They are located in the upper left or upper right portion of your chest. To locate them, put your fingers on the base of your throat, where you will find the U shape notch right at the top of your sternum and starting from the top of the notch, trace three inches down towards your label on over three inches to your left or right, and you will find a tender spot. You should now be in the upper left or right portion of your chest. If you press this area vigorously within the two inch radius, you will find a tender spot. This is the place you will be rubbing while saying the affirmation. This spot feels tender when you rub it vigorously, because lymphatic congestion happens here. Just to remind you live is a clear fluid that travels through your body's arteries, circulates through your tissues to cleanse them and keep them firm, and then raise away through what is known as lymphatic system. Live notes are the filters along the lymphatic. Their job is to filter out and trap bacteria, viruses, cancer cells or other unwanted substances and to make sure that they're safely eliminated from the body. When you rub this spot, you are dispersing the congestion. Fortunately, after a few episodes, the congestion is all dispersed and the tenderness goes away. Should while rubbing this area, the tenderness become unbearable. Lighten up on the pressure of it. Also, if you've had any kind of operation in that particular area of the chest, or if there is any medical reason whatsoever why you shouldn't be probing around in the specific area, then switched to the other side of the chest. Both sides are equally effective. What is the karate chop point this point? Casey Karate Chop is located at the center of the fleshy part on the outside of your hand again. Either hand will do between the top off the wrist and the base of the baby finger instead of rubbing. You could vigorously tap this point, but the finger points of an index finger on the middle finger. Off the other hand, I usually use three fingers. Actually, I personally find robbing the tender spot more effective, though, however, Karate Chop Point will also do. In the next video. I will explain the sequence in the tapping process 3. The Sequence: Hello and welcome back in this video, we're going to be discovering what? The sequences. Uh, this is very simple. This is the part where you will be tapping on the endpoints of major energy meridians in the body toe balance. The energy floor. You will need a few pointers and how to do these tappings before locating the points and continuing the process here, some tapping points. Feel free to tap with either hand. It makes no difference. Tap with your index finger, your middle finger and the ring finger to cover slightly a larger area. So you're using your index middle and ring finger Tap firmly yet gentle enough so that you will not hurt or bruise yourself. Tap about seven times on each one of the tapping points. Most of the tapping points are on both sides of your body. It wouldn't matter which side you use. No should another if you switch sides during the steps, so the points each energy meridian has to end points. You only need to tap on one end to balance out any disturbance. Here's how you locate endpoints of the meridians that are important to this procedure. One you have at the beginning of each eyebrow just above and to one side of the nose. And we will call this point a right to you. Okay, this is point A. Either this site or this site on the edge of the bone bordering the outside corner of the I . It's his point b. Okay, right here. Right under ball on the bone under the eye, which is one inch below your pupil. And we will call this point. See, right over here on the small area between the bottom of your nose on the top of your upper lip, and we'll call this point the right over here, midway between the point of your chin and the bottom of your lower lip right over here, you will call this 0.8. The junction were the sternum or the breastbone, collarbone and the first rib meat. Okay, you're gonna place your finger on the U shape notch at the top of the breast bone, and from the bottom of the you, you're gonna move your finger down towards enable one inch and then you're going to go to left or right one inch. It makes no difference. And summer right here you will find point F, and this is where you're gonna be tapping. Okay, so now on the side, off the body, about four inches below the armpit. So on the side of the body, four inches below the armpit right over here. And we will call this point G for men one inch below the nipple on for ladies, where the under skin of the breast meets the chest on. We'll call that point age, and that has to be on the left side because it's the heart site. Then on the outside edge of your thumb, right here. Okay, this is at the point where the base of the finger Mehlis cable called this point Jay. Then on the outside of your middle finger, okay, which is the closest your thumb and again is where the fingernail meets will call this point. Okay? And just point towards you. Okay, then on the outside, off the middle finger, which is right here. Then on the outside of your baby finger, which is here, we usually skip the ring finger. But if you want, you can do that to have done that also very successfully, so you can do middle finger as well as a baby finger. And again all of them are where the base of the nail is. So that's where you're happy. And the last point is the karate chop point, which we talked about before when we were talking about the tender point. So in the next video, I will explain the nine gamut procedures. 4. 9 Gamut Procedure: hello and welcome back. And in this video, we're getting into the nine gamut procedures. So what is the nine having procedure? This is likely the strangest looking process in the FT. Its purpose is to fine tune the brain. So through some eye movements and some humming and counting, we can achieve some balance. This stimulates certain parts of the brain where the my nerves are connected. So the right side of the brain is working. When you hum or saying on the left side of the brain is working when you count, this is a 12th process. Nine of these brain stimulating actions are performed, while continues the tapping on the gamut point. To do the nine gamut procedure, you have to first locate the gamut point. It is on the back of either one of your hands and is 1/2 inch behind the midpoint between the knuckles at the base of the ring finger. Okay, right over here. Next, you have to perform nine different actions while tapping the gamut point. Now, I usually don't just at this point, I usually will do this to cover a larger area over here. So for this to happen you're gonna be closing your eyes, opening your eyes. You're gonna look down and left while holding your head steady. You're gonna look down and right while you hold head steady. You're gonna roll your eyes in a circle clockwise, as if you were trying to read every number on the face of the clock. Okay. And you're gonna do the same thing counterclockwise. Okay. You're gonna, uh, hum for two seconds a happy song for me. Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream. Okay. You're gonna count quickly from 1 to 512345 You're gonna hum for two seconds again. Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream. I suggest for the actions, um, that I mentioned to take place in that order. When you're humming a song, please make sure it's one of the, uh, songs that brings up happy memories attached to it because some happy songs may not have happy memories attached to it. So not the sequence. This is the thing is the last step to this process, which I call using the Q. The queue is simply a word or a phrase that describes the issue that you're facing. You will repeat the queue out loud each time you're tapping on one of the points in the sequence. In this way, you repeatedly remind your system about the problem you're currently working on. For example, if you're working on a headache, your information would go something like this. Even though I have this headache, I deeply and completely accept myself. Within this affirmation. The world headache is ideal for use as the queue. In more complicated cases, I usually ask people that I'm working with to imagine that what they're going through is a movie. Then I will ask them. What would they be calling that movie? After that? I can use the name of that movie that they choose as my cue war to tap in the next video, we will continue with subsequent rounds and adjustments 5. Final Steps: hello and welcome back. When using a hefty sum. Problems may vanish in the first try, and some may not For the lingering type, you might have to repeat the process. However, you will need to adjust these repeated processes on their title, says the subconscious mind tends to be very literal. The following grounds of this process needs to address the fact that you're working on the remaining problem. Therefore, the affirmation you have you have used the first time around used to be adjusted a little bit. Um, let the same cue word. So here's an example of an adjusted of affirmation. Even though I still have some of this blank left, I deeply and completely accept myself. Here are some examples off adjusted cues remaining headache, remaining anger towards my father, remaining stiffness in my neck, remaining nightmares, remaining craving for alcohol, remaining depression. At this point, you will need to memorize the steps for E. F. T and start to use it. You can be very creative with this process and start adding your own things to it. So, for example, if you are terrified of public speaking, you might say things like, even though I am terrified of public speaking, and I think I'm going to embarrass myself and probably say things that should not or look and act nervous. I completely and lovingly accept myself on. I am ready to change. You can say whatever comes naturally as you're tapping the karate chop points or massaging the tender spots, the more you repeat this, the better and quicker you will get at it. So now let's pretend I'm afraid of public speaking, and we will do a full round together. You can do E F t on anything and everything pretty much. There's also a surrogate pft when we tapped for a plant or an animal that is not feeling well on their behalf. So let's start. The first thing is for you to measure. Okay, so I'm gonna measure my fear first from 0 to 10. What ISS my fear level. Let's say I decide it's seven. I am really afraid. Then I start by rubbing my tender spot or tapping the karate chop point, repeating three times. So I'm gonna go with my tenders. Thought so as I'm as I'm loving my tender spot, I'm gonna complete my affirmation, even though I have this fear of public speaking. I completely and lovingly accept myself. I know that this is not helping me, and I know that I'm afraid that I might embarrass myself. But I feel I'm ready to put this behind and start being easy about it. Even though I have this fear of public speaking, I completely on lovingly accept myself on. I'm ready to move on even though I have this fear of public speaking. And I think I may say something that I may get ridiculed. I completely unloving Lee except myself and have confidence that I can get over this feeling. The world is my friend. People are there to learn from what I have to say. They're kind and understanding. I am ready. The two words I will use for this is fear of public speaking. Now, when I start tapping on the points of my face at least seven times per point while I repeat my Cubans, okay, so starting from here, this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of pardon me, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, this fear of public speaking, This fear of public speaking, This fear of public speaking, This fear of public speaking this fear for speaking on my heart area this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking This fear of public speaking usually just happening on the 1st 9 points that I just nation and sometimes I will go right up on top of the head as well and say this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking this fear of public speaking. This area is also very sensitive and is very useful. But usually just happened on the 1st 9 points will do the trick on you will go through the whole set of this three rounds. Okay, so you're gonna be tapping on each point At least seven times and you're gonna be doing the whole set three rounds. Then make sure to measure where you're at with this. When you're done, you're gonna have to measure again. Did the level of fear drop even by one point? Are you feeling a little better about it? Did the measure not move it all? If the measure doesn't move at all, then try the full session and include the nine gamut. If, even after trying to nine gamut, you don't see a major drop in the measure, then you definitely need to have a good thinking session because there's an underlying feeling emotional reason that you're not quite everything I talk about the mind powers and what they do in my upcoming lessons on sculpture that you can check that out. I encourage you to take the lessons and find out what might be causing some of the issues you might be facing. In the meantime, to continue. If you wish to continue with a nine gamut, then this is how it continues. So you're gonna find that, uh, nine gamut point on your on your hands at the back of your hand and you're gonna start tapping this you're gonna close your eyes, You're gonna open your eyes. You're gonna look down left while holding your head steady. You're gonna look down right while you hold your head steady You're gonna roll your eyes clockwise You're gonna roll your eyes counterclockwise You're gonna home for two seconds Roll, roll, Roll your boat gently down the stream You're gonna kill 12345 Are you gonna home again? Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream Okay, so if you're adding the nine Yamit to the whole process, you repeat that also three times through the whole course of action that you're going through.
