There is room for improvement, but it's overall a good class. Lots of great information, especially if you're new to e-mail marketing. However, the professor is a bit dry and slow in his delivery, and there are some moments that seem to be plugging 3rd party sites/software a bit too much, even if some of them are relevant. I give the course a 7 out of 10.
