About This Class
The voicing of ideas is crucial to graphic design. By creating political/social posters, the beginning to change and progress can occur.
In this class, the design process is applied to creating a poster and then extending it into editorial design.
First, we will indentify an existing poster for inspiration. Next, we will find a quote. To design, we will combine the poster with the quote to create a unique hybrid.
To create the editorial design, the poster will/can serve as a full-page spread alongside a page with magazine qualities such as columns of placeholder text (see video for examples).
