The things will be needing to make this delicious, easy recipe. So then the need black pepper number than the need ground ginger I have see sold. Fine, See sold. We're going to be using half a cup of red wine vinegar for cooking. I hear it's pretty measured in the measuring cup. Well, then you know a large fork to do the moving around inside the bamboo steamer. Four cups of water. Okay, it's pre measured. I have about four pieces of salmon fillet. Wash them, ready to go a couple of balance. You have to around to see it just to wipe our hands. While we do this. I have five Kali flowers, one cabbage leave, right. I have, ah, skillet. Here they'll be using. I have one small right potato, zucchini and the yellow squash so the potatoes look only one thinly sliced. As you can see, it's very filmy, thinly sliced. Okay, because you want to make shorts gets all done evenly with old other vegetables. Have 1/2 a zucchini here, half of ah, small zucchini, basically, so you want to keep it and rings if you like. Thank you. 3. Recipe making part: So let's begin. Let me show you how we're gonna do this delicious easy recipe, so we'll take our skillet. Okay. We're gonna for the four cups of water. Okay, So you want to make sure it doesn't touch the bottom of your your, um, steamer. Okay, so we're gonna put it like this. You're gonna look at it to make sure it's not touching it. Just we need the water to evaporate so you can see that it's not touching you. So let's leave that aside for a second. We're gonna add. So for the flavors, you can add orange peels if you like. Depends on your recipe. And what you want to make What you could have things like spices, vinegar, different flavors, orange peel, that s a lemon. Peels can go in here, and we're gonna rise up to give you food flavour. So today I'm gonna add red wine vinegar. Okay. Right in here. So does that taste work recipe. So the whole reason I love this recipe is because it's fast. It's easy. And you could do you put the you complete the protein, whatever you're making right here, right. And they have the vegetables So you have a whole meal that's ready to go for the evening. You don't have to put the five pots out. You have this, too. You put everything in and it's it's very fast and easy and it's super healthy. So it's super easy to do. And you can even buy smaller, smaller bumble dishes. And that could be late for one person. But this is perfectly even. Four. Look for people always have four Philly slices here, and it'll be perfect to make a nice meal in one shot. You don't have to do anything else, so let's start. So so now this is set up already. The water that nigger's we're gonna take our cabbage, okay? And you're gonna Okay, so let's because this is gonna be for the medication that I put the fishing talk. You can add so many things. Childs. A lot of different things. Hi. Let's add the ginger with flavor. Now what? I'm gonna do it. Take the colleague flowers. I'm gonna put it some of them here to add extra flavor. Okay. From here, spread it around. It's how you look. Very easy. Five pieces like I mentioned before. So that's the fish. Let's put it here on the side. Okay. Now, let's put our vegetables. So with the vegetables, you can go straight like that. You don't have to put anything on the bottom. Just put it like this. It will be fine. So gonna take our veggies, Put it So if you are vegetables are frozen, you put it on top instead of the fish going on top. But since it's this fresh, we're putting it on the bottom. So we're gonna just But the slices around here. Thin layer. Okay. And then we're gonna take the potatoes. Okay, so that's just laying like this. I'm gonna put out the potatoes. Okay. You can see it's old layer nicely. Okay, so now we're gonna put whatever we like on top. We just put salt from this instant. Sold no ginger and tougher. It will be nice and crispy and yummy steamed. No one has anything else. OK, so this guy now we're gonna take this cover it just like that. Okay, so now let's put it on, like medium, the media. So now it's gonna start. Um, giving over. It's when they get give over the sea wants the world, the water boils. So if you feel like you, what is what? They can always go down, but I keep it in, like, medium medium flame. So now how you gonna know if your salmon is ready? You're gonna see like the white protein comes on top the develops on top of the salmon under when you bake it and cooking you see that like it looks like mayo. It's white. So that's when you know what's ready or you couldn't like. Touch it and you will see if it's like flaky. Then you know your salmon is ready. Usually it does not take long. About between 10 and 15 minutes, you will see it all depends on your recipe, so you will need to come back and check. Sometimes it's 10 something just 15. So you will have to see based on everything that you're using. Check up on the vegetables might be ready first, and that happens. That's fun. You're gonna just take it out. I moved to the side, all right, easy. Just that's it. And then put the salmon back here. They're the same size of the water will not go what's already measured. And then you continue putting them the fish. That's I usually find that more or less, they're ready together, and the vegetables will be depends on how you like it. You like to feel like it's really much. See if you like it, like in the middle, not too much. She's It all depends on how you person love your vegetables. Done so This is a steamer. It's obviously it's going to be steamed. But if you want that a little bit Chris, before he gets too mushy, you can definitely open that up. Check it very easy. You don't have to like doing.
