In this class, I will show you how to bake a Homemade Soft bread.

Bread, in one form or another, has been one of the principal forms of food for man from earliest times. The basis of the operation is to mix flour with other ingredients, for example, water, fat, salt and some source of aeration followed by baking.

With the help of technology, bread baking methods have changed considerably. Most of the tedious manual work associated with bread baking has now been eliminated. Kneading times, proofing times and baking times were reduced to the absolute minimum

The recipe and technique are completely covered in this video. This method I've developed is very easy and consistently turns out beautiful bread every time.

Here's the ingredient we need.

320-gram high protein flour

80-gram low protein flour

80-gram sugar

half teaspoon of salt

5 gram of yeast

40-gram butter

1 egg + cold water = 215 gram

Bake at 180 Celsius for 27 minute
