What a fun class! I'm so excited to try fermenting veggies. After reading a great book about gut health ("I Contain Multitude" by Ed Jong in case anyone's interested!), I'm trying to incorporate more "good bacteria" into my diet. Fermenting veggies looks fun and easy enough for a novice to try!

This course is excellent!
I'm not an absolute beginner, but I found this class very informative.
