Project Description

Perfect Pasta with a Flavorful Sauce

Students will mix a basic egg dough by hand or food processor, or add in their favorite herbs or spices for a richly-flavored and colorful pasta. Students will pair their pasta with one of the two class options or their own favorite sauce. They can upload a photo of their finished dough before cooking or paired with their favorite sauce.

  • Gather your ingredients or tools
    • Share a photo of your mise-en-place (ingredients, tools, etc.)
  • Make an egg dough by hand or machine
    • Share a photo of your finished dough
  • Knead and roll dough by hand or machine and roll/cut into desired flat noodle shape
    • Share a photo of your noodles after cutting
  • Two easy sauces to pair with fresh pasta
    • Share a photo of your finished noodles with sauce
