Project Description

Share a completed self-reflection exercise!

Consistency is the most important part of any creative practice. Check out the tips below to help you jumpstart your own art-making practice.

  • Choose a time of day when you feel motivated and focused.
  • Set aside 5-20 minutes during that time to work on your exercises.
  • Complete the exercises one at a time — aim to complete one each day!
  • Gather your materials. Meera uses gouache, watercolors, colored pencils, a palette, brushes, and an eraser, but your art-making practice might look different.

Share your plans and any completed exercises as you move through the class! We can't wait to see how you're incorporating self-reflection and creativity into your daily life!
