Meditating daily is great to stay healthy!

But if you don't hold yourself accountable you most probably will lose track of your new healthy habit. To avoid that it's a great idea to grab your Bullet Journal and draw a meditation tracker. This class helps you to get started with a Bullet Journal Spread. Even if you have never done Bullet Journaling before all you need is a Notebook and start drawing.

Inside the class I'll also show you all the material you might need for Journaling, beside a pen and a notebook.

To make it even easier for you I've added the template for the meditation tracker so in case you just want to enjoy filling your Bullet Journal you can grab the template to "cheat" a little but you'll also learn to draw that little guy yourself. 

This class won't teach you anything about Ryder Caroll's method of how to do bullet journaling. It teaches you to draw a meditation tracker and gives you a printable to fill it out if you don't wanna draw it yourself.
