Project Description

What you'll need:

  • Indian ink
  • Fine, pigment drawing pens (I'll be using Staedtler Pigment Liner and Uni Pin)
  • Round brushes
  • Paper towels
  • A few, basic watercolour paints
  • Plenty of water
  • Sketch or cartridge paper (heavy enough to take watercolour or ink)
  • Pencil

You'll be following along with me as I take you through my process for painting the same scene twice, once in monochromatic Indian ink tones, then again using a travel watercolour palette. I'll talk you through every step and offer advice along the way.

The example scene photo and instructions are in the pdf download, which can be accessed as soon as you enrol. I can't wait to see your projects.
