Project Description

Create a wrap circle skirt with a cascading hem based on your own personal measurements. We'll use a simple formula that I've created for this project to draft a pattern for our skirt.  I'll guide you through how to cut out and sew the project together. Follow along and share with us in these three easy steps:

  1. Measure & draft: Take photos of your progress throughout and share them with the class. If you have any trouble at this stage, be sure to leave your questions in the Community section.

  2. Choose your fabric and cut out your skirt! Take a photo of the fabric you're using for your skirt. We'd love to see what you've picked out. If you have any questions about fabric selection or cutting, just ask!

  3. Sew your skirt!  Make sure to share your sewing experience with us and post photos of your final design! I can’t wait to see what you make! If you have any questions, I’m here to help.
