Sharomena Aarthi

Bio-Medical Engineer

I have started my professional journey in the year of 2007 by joining Bachelors degree in the stream of Bio-Medical. I am more passionate about learning the functions and anatomy of human body and at the same time I had an interest on designing some devices which could assist human. So my combined passion on electronics and medical field made me choose Biomedical Engineering.

During my course of study I have presented more papers and projects and also rewarded for the same. It encouraged me to specialize myself more. So then, I have decided to master myself in what I did and joined my Masters degree in Applied Electronics. For my out-standing academic performance in PG course, I was awarded the University 28th Rank. Also I have Published three Papers in National conference and published two papers in International Journal.

As a master I should be able to learn and teach the world about what I know and so moved a step ahead and decided to explore more. I joined as an Assistant Professor in Velalar College of Engineering and Technology. During my 2+ years of experience I involved myself in learning process along with teaching process. I started specializing myself in certain areas where I can find opportunities to groom my knowledge.

My specializations are Microprocessor, Micro controller, Proteus and mIKRO C programming, Hardware - Software co-design and Medical Electronics.

My software expertise are Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

I feel I am best and comfortable when I teach others what I have learn. I feel myself fresh when I am appreciated for my work.

I felt that my knowledge and specializations should not end up within a small circle and so now I am before you as an instructor to share my expertise. Hope I will prove myself in the courses I offer.
