Project Description

Determine your Destiny and How to Get There.

Assignment

For this project you don't need any specialised psychological instruments or training - just a bit of honesty and some bravery!

You are going to get some insights into what is important to you and what you want from those around you at work and in the rest of your life.

This project gets you to assess the workplace values important to you and to determine which are your key strengths and those that can be liabilities for you.  Using this information, you can develop some clear objectives and a plan that will help you to determine where you want to be in a year’s time and how to get there.

The project requires you to get some feedback from other people so that you can reflect upon what you learn and so that you can set yourself some SMART objectives and a plan to achieve these over the next year.

Deliverables

  • An understanding of your core values
  • Insights from others about your key strengths and your weaknesses
  • A plan for the next year to achieve your objectives around your core purpose
  • Some useful feedback and insights that can help you to determine your life goals

In order to complete this exercise, you need to think about your strengths and your weaknesses and you need to ask a few other people for their (honest) assessment of your strengths and your weaknesses.
