About This Class

In this class you will design a custom Art Deco-themed travel poster of your favorite local landmark using any phone or camera, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. You will learn vector tracing, vintage shading techniques, typographic tips and layout guidelines. When you are through, you will have a new showpiece for your portfolio. You will also be ready to work in all three of the major Adobe programs, while creating hi-resolution, press-ready poster artwork. Although no prior knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign is required, it is recommended that you be familiar with the Pen Tool in Illustrator, or another vector drawing tool.
