If you already have a layout in HTML you are trying to turn into a WordPress theme, this course is perfect for you! Very detailed, well explained and smart.
Great way to learn how to make a basic theme. Saul teaches through example, but it's not so specific that you only get it if you want to do exactly what he is showing.
Step by step intro into wp themes that's not too intimidating.

Designer . Developer . Educator

I am a designer, developer, and educator based in Somerville, Massachusetts, USA. I hold a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and an MFA in Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

For the past two years I have been teaching introductory and intermediate web design courses at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. I have also taught data visualization at MassArt and advised MFA thesis candidates at MassArt's Dynamic Media Institute.

I love learning how complex systems work and then explaining them to other people!
