Nicole has the talent to explain abstract information in a vivid way. It is fun listening to her, because she uses lots of examples. She is motivating and her lessons are practical-oriented. Given that I had no idea of what Design Thinking is, I feel ready now to start my first research interview:o).
Great insights with a direct plan on how to immediately implement in order to make an impact.
This a great course that provides an overview of design thinking and its application to talent acquisition. Similar to Nicole, once I learned about the design thinking methodology I was hooked. Hope you enjoy the course!
