Fantastic class!
Nicole, very helpful overview of the basic concepts and principles of Design Thinking and how they can be applied to Talent. Well done!
Nicole does an amazing job at introducing the practices of design thinking into the world of Talent Management. Having worked in both types of roles in the past, it is exciting to see the connection point and how we can be advocates for our end users/learners/customers. Comprehensive and enlightening course!!
