In this class I show step by step how to make delicious and easy to make cookies shaped as croissants or little horns, this cookies are traditional in many eastern European countries. The instructions are translated by my daughter Irina. Bellow you can find the directions and ingredients you will need. This cookies are perfect for tea time and family gatherings. Happy baking!

Ingredients :

1 cup flour (200g)

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar (100g)

1 stick of butter (100g)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon orange extract

Filling : 1/2 cup chopped walnuts + 2 tablespoons of jam

Optionally sprinkle cookies with confectioners sugar.
