Project Description

Walk through a potential (real or fictional) decision in your business. This can also work with a decision for your career advancement, or even your personal life. Ensure it is a strategic decision: something that changes the direction of the mission.

For a business decision, consider key business areas:

  • Do you need to hire?
  • Should you turn to a new market?
  • Do contracts need to change?
  • Are you considering a new partnership?
  • Are you making changes to your core product or service?

and more

List three potential options to solve your problem.
Create your decision making worksheet and as you go through the course fill in each area for at least two of your alternatives, to see the different outcomes.
