1. Introduction: Hey, guys, welcome to my first skill shirt class. Thank you, guys, for watching this video. I hope you enjoy it. And from the title, you'll see that you'll be learning some dance moves, not just for quite being big analyses of that parties or gatherings just to help you guys not look so awkward in public while dancing and a little a bit about myself. Just cause you don't want to be learning from some random guy on the Internet, Right. Um, I've been dancing for 18 years now. I started with top. I do jazz, but I mainly do it pop dance Now, um and yeah, I just wanted to give back to everyone else what I learned and hopefully just teach it in a way that everyone can understand and yeah, let's get started. 2. Class Project: okay. Just going over their class product. First, I'm just gonna go over briefly. It'll be more detailed down below. And so, first of all, you would just want to find some good music, your favorite or anything that's popular right now and then second, find the beat or the rhythm of the music, and you want to apply these dance move that I just taught you. Next. You want to be able to do them confidently because even if you know the moves, if you don't do them confidently that it won't really matter. And fifth, the optional parts are the submission part. You guys can send your videos, and I will love to provide feedback for you guys. And don't be scared, because I used to be in the same position as you. And yeah, that's it. So let's learn some moves 3. Rhythm : Okay, So before we get started, Teoh moves. You have Teoh No other. Listen to music on read music. So most music you count eight counts. So, for example, this beat 23456781 Just like so. Teoh you when you hear music, you actually have a head bog to it. That's the first thing that moves. Just a thief. Yeah, it's just natural reaction your body does when you just get into the O. 4. Two Step: Okay. First learning called to step So a bunch of things in your body moving together combined. So first day natural. Nice. Now even use chest area of your body. You gonna go up? Uh uh uh. Bend my knees. Yeah, just called up. Todo Yeah. Reductive body. Don't now wise to soothe. Start on our right. But you go right on together, right together, together now combining everything head, body, and then your legs going to go on nights. Now be confident. Relax together. Ready, right. Anything you want. Maybe you have a drinks. Let's go on to the next move. 5. Body Roll: Okay. Move. Number two people know this move. They just look awkward sometimes doing it because they were never taught properly. So this is called the body roll. So main point for this is to relax. Don't be stiff with your chest. Let it always be confident while you're doing it. So breaking it down, you're and bring your but Yeah, four point, but call the body. Roll on, roll it through. All of news points. Yeah, it's the slope. 34567 But again, but continue. Okay, but chest hit. But now you know the basics that little bill likes to it. So when you go here, here, when you do hit my left leg down chest. Now go. Ready? 345 Okay, nice. Now you know the smooth again. You can use their arms and then you when you want a drink, check again. Way. Go. Thanks. Now, let's move on to the last 6. Corner Step: number three. Very moved one breezy. You're putting the same as a normal walking You right? What? Right, Right now This movie it's called. I called the Corners. That something call it course you're gonna be touching all four corners of your bucks. So let's start with the right foot. You're gonna go right now. The way step. It's like you're dipping your toe in a pool. Boom. Just checking the temperature. No, that's again. Step back corner with Right, Step on. That way, I'm gonna go right for that way. Make sure it goes out your good out backwards. You hit schools. That and yeah, that's speeded up to this temple. 5678 Right, Left, Right, right, right, right, right, right. Left, right. Actually, my arms go running. You think you want to get your drinks? Yeah, OK, your body on. Be confident it. Nice. That was your last move. Let's go over everything. One 7. Overview: Okay. Going over three moves. First to step, but uh huh. Right, Right. Second, the body room 5678 And way. Night corner, right foot. Forward and back again. Do do do last time. Time, time, time. Nice. Let's wrap it up. 8. Conclusion: Oh, nice. I'm sweating a little bit. I don't know about you guys, but Yeah, Good job, guys. You learn some moves that you can use almost anywhere. You want to not look awkward in front of public or find your friends control them off with some nights body roll. It's, you know. Yeah. And yeah, as I said before, look at the class project. Do yourself so you can wash the video as many times as you want and send me your videos. I can give you guys feedback. Don't be scared. I'm not judging. It's only me watching. I'm not gonna show it to my friends for anything. And I'll provided much feedback. Or they can do you guys. So you guys feel more comfortable about yourself dancing in public and, yeah, thank you so much. This is my first sculpture class, so they're probably some tweaks that have to do this in there.
