About This Class


The purpose of this class is for you to start your morning on a positive note and keep the affirmations in mind throughout the day to experience fully prosperous moments throughout the day. I cover topics such as gratitude, weight management, health, wealth, self-esteem, and overall prosperity affirmations. 

I have also included some instructions on mind yoga.  These are mind exercises that will help you change some of your deep rooted negative beliefs in 7 days.
