Project Description

a58a1919

Crochet a 3-round granny square, then add a second color.

Now that you've learned to crochet a granny square, make it yours by picking the perfect color combination. Will you use a variegated yarn? Change colors with each row? Use just 1 color? The choice is all yours.

Show us your work and tell us what you plan to do with it! Maybe your idea will inspire someone else. Remember that I'm here if you need help with your granny square or with picking colors, just leave a comment! Please leave feedback for future classmates as well.

Bonus project #1: Granny square gift card holder. Use your 4-round granny square to make a gift card holder as shown in the video.

Bonus project #2: Granny square pillow cover. Keep going and crochet a pillow cover as shown in the video. This is a great way to recover old throw pillows!
