Tatiana lists a lot of great ideas, some of which are easily do-able, and some I wish I could do, but can't as I rent in a residential home. Overall, yes, I would recommend to get some motivation to take one's art seriously enough to have a separate corner just for creating art.
Thank you for your recommendations! I definitely miss the main one - comfortable chair or a couch. Should get one!
