About This Class

This class is about workplace wellness in action. The subjects of posture, workstation setup, productivity-enhancing habits, and activity/exercise will be simplified.

Students will learn how to implement easy-to-use strategies that are proven to make the workday more comfortable, effective, and enjoyable. By employing the content of this course, students will be able to create a workstation that is actually beneficial to overall well-being. Participants will adapt their own workspace to avoid pain and fatigue and to become healthier in the process.

Students will design their own ideal workstation, which will be created from a checklist that can serve as a reference and reminder. They will be able to take the general concepts presented in each lesson and apply them to best fit their personal needs.

This class is geared toward people who spend at least some portion of their working time at an office workstation, whether that be from a remote location or within an institution. It is suitable for managers and employees alike.
