Project Description

I’ve provided a couple of printable worksheets with this class to make it easy to create your customer persona. You can find the printables here as attached files that appear on the right hand side of your computer screen. It’s going to be work and even a bit of soul searching on your part to create this. One of the biggest things to remember in the process is that every customer persona you create is at least a little bit of yourself. These work because as a small business owner your biggest goal is connection and by drawing up a persona, you’re identifying how to connect with that person.

Your goal as a business owner designing a product is to:

  • meet your customer’s need
  • fit your customer’s style
  • get your customer excited

After working through this class and worksheet you'll be able to make your product design more efficient and effective for your ideal customer!
