Project Description

ASSIGNMENT

For your class project you will color an illustration - either one of your own, or using the outlined illustration of a posy of flowers I have created - using the skills and techniques you have learned and practiced during this course.

DELIVERABLES

Create a project in the "Your project"-section of this class and a completed project should include the following:

  • A short introduction of yourself. Perhaps you want to share what you do and if you have any experience with markers before? We would like to get to know you :-)

  • A colored illustration where you have used the techniques you've learned and practiced in class and the different exercises: flicks, layering, shading with one marker, shading by blending thow or three colors in a natural blending group. You can either use your own illustration or download, print and color the illustration of a flower posy provided in a pdf you'll find on the right hand side in the project section. Take a picture or scan your finished illustration and upload in your project.

  • A color chart of the colors you used for your illustration. Take a picture with your smartphone or camera, or scan and then upload to your project.

  • Optional: images of your exercises: The seaside vie, The misty mountains and The bottle.

I'm looking forward to see your projects :-)
