1. Part 1 | Trailer | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile | Skillshare: get this. 2. Part 2 | Introduction Speech | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: Hello, everyone. My name is Leon. I've been professional bottoming for 15 years right now and wrote for different bartender schools around the world. We have created the course and it's called doctors at home by shaken smile. In this course, I will show you how to create a great drink for any occasion. And also I will show you how to improvise with ingredients. You already have it home too. Great. A great cocktail. And welcome back to cook this hope with shaken smile. Now I will show you the tools that we're using during the scores. First thing that we're using is the Boston Shaker, the small and the big thing. But any other thing will work as well. Then, over here, we got the heart thrown strainer, the digger or a measuring cup. And then we got the bar spoon and the Citrus press. If you don't have any off this barcode at home, police check the description box below and we would have a few links where you can purchase these tools. Let's get started. 4. Part 4 | Welcome Drinks | Moscow Mule | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: Hello, everyone. Let's start off with the first drink. The Moscow meal. What do we need for that? Of course. A good vodka, A ginger beer. If you have any other ginger beard home, you can use it as well. This one I like a lot because it's pretty spiced up a couple of luck. If you don't have this at home just using loss and a lying, and then leave the Citrus press and the jigger. Now let's start over that we start off with plenty of ice all the way to the top with ice as much ice as possible. Then we pour 50 milliliters off. What? God inside the jigger. Oh, it is over the jigger. And for it inside the couple Mark and then de line Got the hime lime in half and use the Citrus. Press the line upside down inside my secret stress and squeeze it above the drink that will be approximately around 20 milliliters. We save up the use line for later on as a garnish. So there is no food waste. Okay, open it. And for the ginger beer on top of the drink. Oh, wait it up Nice and sparkling then we wake up the mint leaf. So we get all that aroma out off the mint Leafs. We can have a straw as though, so it looks nice and needs obviously put a mint leaf next to the straw. Don't put it like this. Looks a bit Which And don't be smelling a room off the nice mint leaves. We can use the life that we used before, as well as a garnish Jesus and surface found. I hope you enjoyed your mosque. Um, you a great welcome drink. 5. Part 5 | Welcome Drinks | Pimm's Cup | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: Hello, everyone. I hope you guys are all excited for the next drink. The next drink. It's called the Pains number one, and this is a great welcome drink as well. What do we need for that? Of course we need pimps. There's a great herbal liquor from London. Then we need ginger ale. You can use any type of different brands what is also very nice. Instead of using ginger real, you can use lemonades or seven up. That will make it pretty refreshing as well. Then we need to have a high bog loss at the digger. And for the garnish. We're going to use different kind of few fruits. You're gonna actually put all different kind of fruits inside this drink. If you like strawberries, put strawberry strikes respirator for the rest. Berries. Whatever you prefer, the first thing we need is ice. Okay, Ice away to the top anti poor 50 mills off James herbal liquor. And then we add ginger ale. Now we leave a little bit space on the top, all the different kind of garnishes. I put a strong in it. I like some men, leaves for the freshness. Wake up the mint leaf for the aroma. Nice next to the straw, Bennett adds. One orange slice, two orange slices Whatever you prefer. I like to ads some lime slices and to cucumber slices. Guys very have it easy as it is a great welcome drink to impress your guests. Serve it with a smile. I hope you enjoy your pains Number one cup. 6. Part 6 | Pre Dinner | Rosé & Tonic | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: I hope you're excited for the next drink. The next drink. It's the Roosevelt moods and tonic. What do you need for that? It's a good Rosie, where moods, in this case we're using bells is our. Then we need a good tonic, a glass, and we need to digger for a step. We need ice. We eyes up a way to the top off the glass, and then we poor this great new products. Bells are Rosie. It's four around 50 mills, and then we can pour our tonic. Look at that beauty. Look at the beauty, then we need to garnish blood orange or a grapefruit. Absolutely great. So whenever you have friends over great this pre dinner drink, you would think it is sweet, but it's no. Try it out and find out for yourself Justice and served with a smile 7. Part 7 | Pre Dinner | Negroni | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: I hope you guys are ready for the next drink. The next drink I'm going to make for you guys is the Negroni. Very popular Brie dinner Drink. What do we need for that? Of course. A nice gym. A nice and smooth gin. Not with too much days. Then we need Gambari and the Reds were moot. Any other brand will obviously work with this drink when it's a rocks, glass, a jigger, a bar spoon and an orange. First thing that we need to do this, of course. Ice eyes up the rocks, glass all they did it up and then we're going to start making this drink. It's actually quite easy. You just need equal parts off each. I use 30 millions of Jane, 30 millions comparing and 30 minutes over it removed. But if that's a little bit too strong for you, you can just pour a 20 milliliters off gin and turning milliliters off Gambari and the 20 minutes off the red where moot 30 minutes off, Jim, then Barry and 30 milliliters off read their moods and out we're going to stir this drink. I'm using the bar. Spoon the edge off the bar spoon against the gloss and turn it around. I'm going back and forwards with my fingers. If you can see backwards and forwards, this is what we call story. Easy as it is, this will do for around 20 seconds, and this is the moment you have time to check with your guests about any kind of different subjects. Then I lived more ice. That's drink. It's nice, Philip to the top. That's very important. I need a garnish as well. Garnish off. The drink is a orange zest. The girls are inside the skin and oppressed the oils out off on top off the drink. Spray it a rim job loss and I layer it on top of the drink. I remember orange zest and told the glass So everybody gets excited drinking Tina groaning and always are on top of the drink. If this ring is livid, strong for you guys, you could just skip for example, the gin and just for 20 off each off the combine and the red promotes and just stretch it with sort of water, for example. And then you have in the growing light, easy as it iss chess. They're gonna growney 8. Part 8 | After Dinner | Black Russian | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: Okay. Are you guys ready? I'm going to make the next drink. The next drink is going to be the black Russian. There's a great drink for after dinner. What do we need for that? First thing we need is what the second thing we need. It's coffee liquor. I'm using CIA Maria, but you can also use Kahlua any day. Glass and a jigger. Eyes up the rocks. Glass with ice. There we go. And then it's 40 millimeters off vodka and then 20 milliliters off coffee liquor and pour it right inside to drink. If you like coffee looked. You like coffee. Look, liquor a lot. Just 4 30 And that's actually all it ISS. So with the garnish can play around. Leave it. You can, either. With some chocolate powder on top, you can put a cherry on top. You can also put nothing on Doc. You can put a orange slice and top whatever you prefer or whatever you have at home. Anything a little bit sweet will work with this drink as a garnish. Just place it on top off the drink and drink. Looks great. Tous I hope you will like your own black Russian 9. Part 9 | After Dinner | Pornstar Martini | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile: Hello, everyone. Today I will show you how to make a poor summer teeny or called a passion fruit martini. What do you need for that? That's a shaker thin, a big and a small one, But any other shaker tin will do a strainer. A digger. Some ice off course is important. What's got funny? A syrup and passion football. I will now show you how to create this great drink, the first thing we need. Obviously, if 50 mills off vodka before it awaited up afterwards, you can pour 20 milliliters off funny syrup fundings Europe. You could easily make it yourself at home. It is one litre of water. One killer suit sugar. Cook it. Put some vanilla port insides and this would taste great. Obviously, Ignacio bias in the store. 20 milliliters off a violent syrup inside. That's it. Afterwards, we have the Passion Fruit Parade. 30 milliliters. If you would like to use fresh passion fruit, it's also possible, of course, and you need one behalf, passion fruit before that. Now everything is inside of 10. Now I can fill it up with ice, shake it and smile and straighten it out. That's a good thing. Fill it up with some ice cubes. I ask you all way to the top off the small tin. I'm going to put the Big 10 on top one bodice flats and the gap is right over here. Pick it up my thumb around things around and I start shaking. I give it a good heart shake while I shake. I stretched my elbows, Give it a good heart shake and keep on smiling Good hard for around 8 to 10 seconds and assume the risk organization on the outside of the 10. You're pretty sure you cocktail is nice and makes in cold. Small tin is up acumen index finger rights here and release it in just with a small step hand poll on the victim. That's all it actually is. He released the small tin Put this Maltin on the sites, and then the stranger comes in the stranger on top on the victim. Put your index finger on the strainer, make sure it holtz and strain it out slowly out inside your coat gloss. Make sure everything is out of thin. Sometimes you need to. They put it on the right hand sides and of course, the dog garnish is very important, and we're going to use a fresh passion fruit for that. And that's a nice, fresh fresh foods. You can use a dessert spoon. Make sure he release everything that it's easy to eat and passion foot. It's a little bit on the sour side places on top of the spoon and layer it slowly inside the drink after chicken, of course. Put a little bit or funny or soup inside as well, and serve with a smile. That's your Pulitzer martini. Great for an after dinner, Enjoy. 10. Part 10 | Bonus Tip | Cocktails At Home By Shake & Smile | With Glitch: as a bonus, I would like to show you how to create a great drink as hope, with ingredients already half anyway. So let's say you have a bullet of what's got home or any other spirits. The first thing, what's very important is obviously the ice. The second thing, what is very important? It's the balance, the balance between sweet and sour. For the sour nous, you can use either a lemon or a lime or orange or a grapefruit for the sweetness. I'm using a sugar syrup with any. Any other sweetness will work, Let's say, a garver syrup or maple syrup or honey, for example. Usually it's a little more sour than sweet. The third thing Adelaide with flavoring inside your drink at some kind of fruit at a passion food, for example, where the strawberry or arrest very inside your drink, shake it or store it up or build it afterwards. Taste. It's and then he can play live around with balance. Maybe it's a little bit to sweets, so a little off the Sauer's maybe it's a little bit too sour and little bit off the sweetness. I would like to see what you have created. Feel free to share it, your class in the comments below. Now let's make some drinks 11.
