Project Description

ASSIGNMENT

For this course you'll create an art print with an illustration using the skills and techniques you have learned in class. An art print that you then can frame and hang on the wall or perhaps upload to different print-on-demand services like Society6 and Redbubble or any other purpose you have in mind.

DELIVERABLES

Create a class project in the "Your project-section" in this course and a completed project should include the following:

  • A short introduction, we want to get to know you! :-)

  • Images of an object that you want to illustrate. It can be a collection of images that you have gathered and that you want to use as reference when sketching, or an image of an item you have choosen to draw from.

  • Your mental illustration. A short description of how you imagined your illustration.

  • Images of your sketches of your illustration. It's always fun to see the process.

  • Image of your traced illustration.

  • Image of the final and printed illustration.
