About This Class

Learning how to texture, light and render your 3D scene can make a huge difference between having flat digital images and eye-popping cg art! In this class we’ll learn how to use the surfacing tools to create a variety of textures, then we’ll learn how to work with lights and render settings to make everything look cooler. You’ll be able to do this class in C4D or C4D Lite (included with After Effects CC or later).

I've been using Cinema 4d for a couple of years now, and I wish I had seen a tutorial like this when I first started. Although the pace may be a little fast for an absolute beginner, there is a lot of useful information that new users need to learn to be productive in C4D.

A nice introduction into the 3D world. I learned a lot, specially about 3 axis thinking. A lot of topics are covered briefly (materials, light, textures) but not too detailed what is perfect at this stage.
