Project Description

Peppermint Bark

1 bag of white chocolate chips or white baking chips
1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract

(This amount makes 6 melted snowmen. Instructions provided in the video are for using a double boiler, but you could melt the chocolate in a microwave instead if you prefer.)

Decorations (Pick one or more for each)

Nose: orange shapeable candy (such as orange Starbursts or taffy), candy "orange slices," candy corn

Hat brim: chocolate "gold" coins, mint patties

Hat body: Rolos, Reece's Peanut Butter Cup "miniatures," similar holiday themed chocolate "cups," miniature chocolate "liqueur" bottles

Eyes: brown mini M&Ms, miniature chocolate chips, commercially available "candy eyeballs"

Buttons: mini M&Ms, cinnamon imperials

Arms: pretzel sticks, string-shaped candy or licorice (i.e. twizzlers, etc.)
