We're also going to be needing at calligraphy up, in which he said, Public pen and you can get it on any craft store. I got mine on Michael's, I think, and watercolors. I have these watercolors that I got from Amazon rulers and a pencil caesars on Exacto Knife , and lastly, we're going to be needing a drill. I don't know if it's called a drill, but you guys know what I mean. So that's it. I hope you can get this applies. And now see in the next video. 3. Basic Elements : So these are the basic elements I am going to show you so you can make your cards live beautiful. So these are some leaves I always use on Christmas and I am using on oblique pen. Um, if you don't know how to use them, it is really easy. You just need the need, the need holder. And you're also going to need ink. In this case, I am using white ink mixed with a little bit of water. You can get these on any craft store or an Amazon. I bought the ink on Amazon, but I mean, everything is really see to get and well, I am just going to let you finish watching this video. I think that just by watching it, you can know how I pains or how I make these leaves. And this leaves look really cool on Christmas cards. And in the next video, I am going to show you how to put them all together 4. Christmas Cards: now in this video, I'm going to show you how to make Christmas cards with the league's I showed you in the other video. So I'm going to use my ruler and my pencil to first sketch the Merry Christmas writing. And then I'm going to take the same public opinion I showed you before and white ink mix with water, and I'm going to write that words. So if you have taken my other clauses, you don't know how to make these kind of letters. It's just the same US brush pens, but with a name just do you just have to do the same, You know, press harder every time that a stroke goes on and that's it. So now I'm going to take my pencil and started sketching the the Leaves T to see where I want them to be. And then I'm going to take the white ink and color and at the color Teoh to the leaves and and with another Inc. These one is the Ph. Martin's and its gold in, and I am going to to add color to some other leaves, so it looks two different colors and the card What fun it is to burn in a one horse open. Now I'm going to make another card with black paper and the same ink. I'm going to be using the word joy. And I didn't schedule the lines first because it was a really short ward, so I felt that it didn't matter, but it's important to always did it. So now I'm going to do the same of the first card. I'm going to to start painting, start drawing the beliefs. We've, um, white ink. And then when I'm done with white ink, I'm going to use the Gold Inc just for some details. 5. Create messages: So now in this part, I'm going to show you my process when creating messages inside a card. So I always use a ruler. It's very important that you use a ruler to create guides. So you're your message doesn't look all weird. So it's very important dese part and then with my pencil, I am going to start writing on these lines. And once I like how it looks, I'm going to take the white ink and mine my pen to start lettering, and this is how it looks. So so for this message, I'm going to use a bigger paper and this is a red paper, and I'm going to using Gold Inc for the italics, and I'm going to be using wedding for the rest. And this is a quote in Spanish from the Pope, I think, and it's gonna be a gift for my grandmother ludicrousness, and this is how it would look. And I think this is a beautiful It's beautiful to create messages with calligraphy, and I hope you try it and you show me pictures 6. Gift Tags: now in this video, I am going to show you some ideas that you can put calligraphy on gift tax. And what I'm doing here is just first sketch my idea with the pencil, and I am doing a kind of like Christmas tree, but with calligraphy, so you'll see here with white ink that I'm using that it says, Have yourself a merry little Christmas. Um, we the shape of that Christmas tree. I hope that you can understand it and other people, too, and this is the first gift, and I cut them. Um, it's five centimeters by 9 70 meters, but you can do it with the size of that want. And I mean, you seen this other one red color and it says we should do peace. Love, Enjoy. So you or something like that. Oh, I am using white ink, too. And I am still using this than in this ink because I don't have any white pins or any white markers. So that's why I'm using this ink. But if you have markers are ends that our rights and are easier to use, you can use them and meet still looks really cool. Now for these gold one. I am just going to write Marcus Nous because I don't have any imagination. So it's the same believes that I showed you in the first videos, and that's it for that. - And on these wide gift tax. I am just going to kind of drove a snowflake, even though it doesn't look like one. But it's his notes, like, So you can take any of these ideas and rapid around your gifts you're going to give this Christmas, and if you try it, please show me in the project section because I would love to everyone's work. 7. Watercolor Illustration + Lettering: in this video, I'm going to show you how to make our watercolor administration with some lettering on it. So I am going to first sketch my idea. I am going to paint some Christmas flowers that I don't know the exact name off, but they read, and they're really pretty. So I'm going to make, like, this flower rough, and I am going to paint the leaves. Um, with do kinds of greens, I am using Dark wing first and then I'm going to be using a lighter green. - Now that I'm done with the Leafs, I am going to be using a dark red to pain the flowers. Now, with my pencil, I am going to write Merry Christmas. And with the razor, I'm going to raise the line. So when they watercolors right, you cannot see them. And I am going to use red watercolor. And now I am going to paint the outside part with greens and with blues, and I am going to add salt. And this is that technique I've teached in other class off watercolor. You can check it out and I can explain to you better how I make this and yeah, This is kind of like a night, and I am using darker blues and kind of we are really thin brush. I'm going to use darker green so I can go over the lines of the leaves so you can see them better. And I'm going to do the same with the flowers. I'm going to take a darker read and go again. - And just for the details I'm going, Teoh, use white ink and I'm going to just start joing these dots and that's it. I just want them to look like their stars. And this is another one I did with a bigger paper. And I think it looks better. Bigger and that is it. I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope you try it. 8. Lettering Piece for Home Decor: So in this video, I'm going to show you something really quick so you can add decor to your house. Or it can be where you put your Christmas tree. And I think it's great for a decoration. So what I'm doing here this first sketching and me and I'm gonna use this'll for a kind of template. So I am using my pencil and a real your piece of paper What I did then Waas caught everything out. And then I used the gold piece off paper, and then I started using the template to kind of, you know, trade the lines where they would be. So I didn't feel when I cut the writing with my exact enough because the process was really long. So I just caught it with my nice and then I'm just going to arrange it in my carport, and then I'm gonna baste it. This would be the find out result. I loved it because the letters look so shiny and great and I hope you try it and you put it on your house And yeah, thank you for watching
